Bad fic! Argh! Argh, argh!

How do you guys do it? I can't read bad!fic, I just can't do it. It makes me crazy; I just want to hit somebody. Jeebus, they've tried to kiss about 20 times now, and they've been interrupted every. single. time. And it's just the third friggin' chapter! Arrrrggggggghhhhh!!!!

Does he love me? He says he does, but I'm sure he doesn't mean it! I kissed him and OH GOD, he's been standing there motionless and speechless for ten minutes so now I'll run out of the room because I know he hates me! I'm going to hide for weeks lest he see my tears and be disgusted by my shameless display of emotion!

Hit me in the head with a 2x4, please. Thanks.

Yay! I want my prize! But, uh...I can wait! I might do the skimming thing, as suggested above. God, I can't believe the bad!fic-lovers have nearly convinced me to give this one another look.
