Whee! Dodgy computer can bite my butt.

OY! Yes, still alive (again). Wonky computer issues have kept me away; I'm currently hooked up to the computer my husband bought the new computer to replace. Fun times! Somehow or other one of the drivers in the newer computer stopped functioning and then I may have deleted the program and now I have to find the CDs so that I can repair that mistake. ::headdesk:: I'm a doof. ANYWAY!

YAY! Supernatural season finale rocked like a rockin' thing. The writers are so on point with this show that it isn't funny. I think the only thing I would love to have seen that we didn't, was a hug or some small form of touch between the brothers before going they're VERY separate ways. Still, the emotion! Nothing I've ever seen tops this show for manly emotion.

YAY! Friggin' braying ass Russell T. Davies has left Doctor Who! Oddly enough, one of my favorite Martha communities doesn't have a reaction post about this. Is that verboten now??? Color me confused. :-( Still, YAY!

YAY! I signed up for the JuC Swap. I shall now wander away to gather more information about...stuff.

You'd rather have no Martha than get poked? Well there's one positive thing that everyone can agree on anyway- he resulted in some rather loltastic icons! I've not seen the one you've got there before.. my fave is the one with a pic of weary looking RTD and the caption 'Don't you think he looks tired?' :D (heh maybe it works- i only saw it a couple of months ago). The one where he's laughing maniacally and it says something like 'Evil puppetmaster' or something or other is pretty good too because he really does look like a stereotypical villain in it!

You'd rather have no Martha than get poked?

I'm saying that he created Martha which is fantastic, but that one cool thing is HUGELY overshadowed by all the negative crap he brought to fandom. I have problems with creating a character just to tear her (and seemingly the group she represents) down. He's said a lot of incredibly stupid things, but that comment about making Martha miserable so she'd want to go home...seriously, what's *that* about, besides general ass-hattery? I'm glad to see the back of him, creator of Martha or not. The man's an ass.

ROFL! I've seen that one, and nearly rolled out of my chair laughing. ;-) I created mine after one of his completely idiotic comments...I think it was after that comment about creating Martha to be secondary to Rose. Just thinking about it makes my blood boil. Again, he can't leave soon enough for me.

blech he does say some very stupid things for someone who is meant to be good with words. I can't remember where but i remember him also saying that he just says things sometimes without even really meaning them. lol.. we know Mr Davies, we know.
