Thursday. One more day.

So. Feeling a bit better, though still tired and headachey and my eyes are killing me. Had a better day than yesterday, when I felt like every little move was being scrutinized. Only got one email from the boss today, and it wasn't of the yelling variety (yay). She'd misplaced her copy of a data disk, and wondered if mine was available. Had to find it, and when I took it in, she looked very pleased. She made a couple of work-related jokes, and everything was cool. I won't rest easy until it's 4:00 p.m. tomorrow, though.

AND! Because I had the half-week suckage of doom, I'm very seriously thinking about taking Monday off - if I get my little project all tied up, that is. And if I'm really, really lucky, a new solo artist by the name of JC "Damn I'm Sexy" Chasez will drop his single that day.

JC's first solo single. Yes, it's best for all concerned that I *not* be driving the first time I hear it on the radio. ;-)

I'm tellin' ya! I'm taking a middle-of-the-road approach, since last Monday went up in smoke. I'm kind of "not thinking about it" thinking about it. Don't want to get my hopes up, but I still scan all the radio stations hoping I'll hear it (maybe).

All available fingers, toes and cat claws are crossed in the foxmonkey house...
