Looks closely at bottom of tag on the pants....

Um. That looks like the bottom part of a Levi's tag on those pants.

And it has the little 'W', to signify the waist size. Like on men's pants, that's the # of inches... ::peers closely:: I don't see a waist size #.

Yep. No waist # on these. 'Cuz womens' pants come in sizes 8, 10, 12, etc...
