Picture this:

So...the iPod's on shuffle, and I'm at its mercy. I'm listening to Hanson singing 'O Holy Night' (Hanson Family Christmas Album), opening verse, I'm pretty sure I've never listened to this before. All of the brothers sing a couple of lines. Taylor, then Zac (never knew he had such a sweet voice! he sounds like a baby Tay!) and then Isaac.

OH HOLY HANSON! As soon as JC conquers the Backstreet Boys, I'm pointing him in Hanson's direction. I'd love to hear him duet with Isaac. Seriously. ::melting::

nothing wrong with listening to christmas music when its not christmas. Might as well go with the flow since the stores are going to be playing it soon. My store already has a display of Christmas trees that play music--granted the music is set on low but I can still hear it LOL

I think I've listened to it five times in a row! Good stuff. It helps that 'O Holy Night' is one of my favorites. :-)

I think I saw the first Halloween 2007 ad in...it was early but I don't want to exaggerate...I'm pretty sure it was August, which makes *NO* kinda sense. I think that the earliest yet.

Halloween's the second most decorated holiday now, so I'm not surprised that stores are pushing it earlier and earlier every year. Eeep! You're right; I just realized that Oct. 31st is when they officially start the Christmas gear-up these days. To that I utter a deeply heartfelt OY. Craziness.

OY indeed. As soon as the christmas display was put up i heard moans and groans and "OMG Christmast stuff already?" I can sympathize totally.
