1) What, so Cam's over his boycrush on the lovely Doctor? That little opener had shades of 7th/8th season Jack, and I didn't like it. ;-p Ah well, I guess the honeymoon had to end sometime. Then again, Cam's always been a bit head over heels for Teal'c too, so I guess I'll cut him a little slack just this once. Better not happen again though. No one disses Daniel, dammit.

2) What, so Vala's the new Daniel? She's suddenly absorbed his thinking outside the box powers? I've loved Vala from the first, don't get me wrong, but honestly, that's one thing Daniel's always had over everyone else on the show. Would be nice if he got to keep his own character quirks, thank you very much. ;-p

9:31 p.m., edited to add: Oh, come on. It looks like they really *did* give Vala Daniel's brain! At one time, "Arthur and his knights wouldn't have had access to this advanced technology to guide them through, so presumably, the answer could be deceptively simple," would have been Daniel's line.

Please don't make me hate Vala. :-(
