Stories I Never Wrote!

foxmonkeyYeah, I'm jumping on a bandwagon that rolled by a couple of weeks ago. Sue me.
Yes! This looked interesting when I first saw it, and kept meaning to throw it in my journal.
Give me the title of a story I never wrote. Include a pairing if you wish, and whether you want angst (hahahaha! me, angst), fluff, whatever. I'll give you a blurbized summary of the story.
I know I mangled the hell out of it, but that's basically what I can remember. Fandoms include popslash!, Hercules, Harry Potter, SG-1, and SGA. I'm in the mood to work my brain a little.

JC's finishing the prep on the second album. He's zen on the outside but Chris knows how JC is, so when he calls to see what's going on, he can tell that JC is nervous. Chris tells him that he needs a day of good, old-fashioned NSync type fun. JC is amused.
Chris flies in the next day. JC loves Chris' hair, can't stop touching it. Chris accuses him of hair jealousy. JC says this is crap because he has quite the head of thick, dark, luxurious locks himself when he so chooses. Still, he tugs gently on Chris' curls and smiles.
They don't do anything the first day that Chris is in town, they just hang around the house and have lots of sex in experimental positions. They share a bubble bath before ordering in both Mexican and Chinese, and eat out of each others' cartons. They have more sex after dinner and then stay up all night watching Humphrey Bogart movies.
The next day Chris listens to JC's tapes and assures JC that the CD will be fantastic. He listens as JC relays his fears. He strokes JC's neck gently and tells JC that he'll always be Chris' own private genius. JC kisses him in thanks and says that *that* will be the title of the album, Private Genius. Chris demands royalties.
Chris is working on his own projects so they both knew it would be a short visit. Chris is leaving early the next morning, so he has decided to line up something special for that afternoon. JC is shocked and surprised when the car drops them off at the heliport downtown. It turns out that Chris has hired a helicopter for an aerial tour of Los Angeles. JC's only been in a helicopter a few times and loved it, so this will be a treat for him.
JC is surprised when Chis walks to the 'copter with him, and even more surprised when Chris sits in the seat next to his. "Because I love you," Chris says, "I'm going to share this with you even if it kills me." JC is deeply moved but they're in public so they don't kiss. Chris' trembling is verging on full-on shaking - JC already knows that he's terrified. He takes Chris' hand and gives it a squeeze and hangs on as the 'copter takes off. JC whispers, "I'll never let go." Chris smiles and squeezes back.

Date: 2006-03-02 06:11 am (UTC)Oh my God, it feels like it, doesn't it? I cringed when JC told Isaac that the album would drop sometime in the beginning of the year. Here it is March 1st, and we still haven't heard a thing. ::le sigh:: Much sadness. :-(
