[Handbags]
Anne Klein New York: Zebra Print Satchel. I've liked this one for a while. It's not really me and I don't know if I'd carry it, but I like it. Zebra! (bloomingdales)
Be & D: Studded Deitrich Satchel. I could so carry this one. A studded shoulderbag is a little much for me, but I think I could pull this one off. Maybe. I seem to be digging these sekrit rock stah bags. That goofy studded tag would have to come off, pronto. (saks)
Brahmin: Singita Gabriel Hair-On. Oooh, a structured, lady-like, leather and leopard print bag. Simple and elegant. Don't think I'd carry this every day, but it would be a nice way to punch up a monotone outfit. Really like this. (lord & taylor)
Calvin Klein: Perforated Satchel. Another white bag that I probably won't buy, but I really like the structure of the bag. It's on sale! Hmmm. (bloomingdales)
Chanel: Quilted linen handbag. I would feel positively Jackie O. with this bag on my arm. The first Chanel bag that's ever made me go, "Wow!" The tabs are kind of odd and threw me off at first, but overall yeah, I like this. I'd definitely carry this. Love the tortoise. Oddly enough, I even like the hangtag dealie. I'm in lurve. (bluefly)
Charles David: London Straw Small Satchel. I've been jonesing for a straw bag for summer, and this just might be it. Hmmm, roomy but sleek. Waaaaaaaaant. (zappos.com)
Chloe: Kerala Leather Satchel. Squeeness! I'd have those goofy charms off about two seconds after I paid for it. Gorgeous leather. (neiman marcus)
Cole Haan: Village - Paillette Pocket Satchel. Oooooh, yes. I like this one - another green bag! Funky detailing, but it's not too much. I could see myself with this bag. (nordstrom)
DKNY Handbags: Antique Calf w/Pockets Satchel. I think this bag wants to follow me home. Yay! I could see myself with this bag. Not sure about the color, but I like the style, like the leather. That luggage tag would come off. (zappos.com)
DKNY: Antique Calf With Studs Shopper. Didn't like this in orange, but the same bag in yellow appealed to me. I think I'd have to see it in person. Studs, big buckles and a big closure. Hmmm. Interesting, though. Maybe in white? (Yes, much better.) (zappos.com)
Fendi: Zucchino mini handbag. I'm usually not much of a Fendi girl, but, OMG, so cute! Unfortunately, my wallet won't even fit in that thing. What would fit? Hmmm, my cell phone, my iPod...that's about it. A quarter and a couple of bills. My glasses without the case. And a lipstick. Hey! I'm set for the day! Seriously, it's cute, but definitely not me. I haven't owned a bag this size since I was five. (bluefly)
Hype: patchwork bracelet bag. You will never, ever find me carrying something like this (it's not me!), but I love this bag. It's just too 60s retro to be real! I've got a sudden urge to pop on a vinyl mini tent dress and a pair of white patent go-go boots - oops, can't forget the fishnet stockings. (bluefly)
Jana Feifer: Triple coin-purse handbag. This is kind of odd, but there's something about it that I like. That goofy tag would come off. (bluefly)
Jimmy Choo: Belted pocket shoulder bag. One of two Jimmy Choo bags I've seen that I've liked. His bags are usually kind of derivative, with the little strap and buckle details. If you've seen it on one bag or twelve...that's enough. So yeah! Such a pretty color! I'd carry this. (bluefly)
Kenneth Cole New York: Oval Exposed Satchel. Oh my squee, I could *so* see me with this bag. Like...yes. Oversized but sleek, and the styling is understated but elegant. I *really* like this bag. (zappos.com)
Marc Jacobs: Drummed Calfskin Satchel. I love his bags! This one is welcome to come live in my closet. (saks)
Marc Jacobs: Julia Leather Zip Tote. Love, love, love, but hate, hate, hate that goofy zipper thingie. Unfortunately, it looks like it would be impossible to remove. Oh, Marc. Why? (neiman marcus)
Michael Kors: Concrete Jungle Satchel. Oh yeah, another one that I could very easily see on my arm. Much bigger on the model than I expected. Mmmmm. Me like. (zappos.com)
Prada: Rectangle ID handbag. *Love* the color, and it's suede! Man, I never realized what a ho I am for suede. Not sure what I like about this, exactly, but I like it. I do believe I'd carry this bag. (bluefly)
YSL: Oversized Bugatti Bag. SQUEE! Love this. I'm not so much with the white bags, but I've seen this in dark brown and it is Lurve. Yes. (neiman marcus)
[Totes]
BCBG Max Azria: Studded buckle tote. Studs and green leather! I could see myself with this bag. (bluefly)
Betsey Johnson: Grommet Tote. Ooooh, I like. Pretty detailing and still on the understated side. I could definitely see myself with this bag. Vintage feel. I waaaaaaaaaaaaaant. (bloomingdales)
Bloomindales: Exclusive Leather Tote. This is like a cheaper, oversized, not-as-nice Transat Calfskin Satchel by Celine. It *should* be more interesting, but I'm falling short of really liking this one - I think it's the color. Could that color be more boring? Also comes in black, according to the site. I'm thinking black probably looks tons better, and that's the one I want to see. Hmmmm. (bloomingdales)
Celine: Boogie tote. Boogie bag! And it's green, too! I want one. (neiman marcus)
Celine: Boogie tote. Aiiiiiiii, a big Boogie! And it's green! Mmmm, Boogie tote. I'm in love. (neiman marcus)
Celine: Transat Calfskin Satchel. Gorgeous. A white/bone/cream/ivory bag I'd carry for sure. (neiman marcus)
DKNY: Double Handle Tote. Yes, I could see me with this bag! The hanging dangle doofus thingie isn't even offending me as much as expected. Oh yes. I could own this. Not overly exciting, but a great work bag. Love the leather. (bloomingdales)
Dolce & Gabbana: Miss Doll Exclusive Tote. Back in the real world, I could sooo see me carrying this baby to work - sans "D&G" charms, of course. (saks)
Dolce & Gabbana: Miss Superstar Shearling Tote w/Studs. If I were a groupie I would buy this bag to hold all my groupie supplies. Totage *and* undeniable sekrit rock star hippie-ishness. How fast could I get those "D&G" charms off, though? (saks)
Gucci: Large Tote. Ooooooooooh! I'm not normally a white bag person, but I think I could make an exception here. Verra nice.(saks)
Jana Feifer: coin-pocket rectangle bag. So cute! I like this one better than the one with the multi-color change purses on the side (same maker), and I'm digging the orange. Not crazy about the white straps and trim, but this is a cute bag. I think I'd carry this. Again, I'd have to deep-six that hang tag. (bluefly)
kate spade: chesterfield - baylor tote. Gorgeous leather, great color. Typical KS understated bag with simple, elegant styling. I could see myself with this bag. (nordstrom)
Lacoste: Bohemian Suede Shopper. Ooooh, purtiness. Lime suede! I could see myself with this bag. (nordstrom)
Lucky: Easy Rider Suede Tote With Fringe And Beads. Aiii! The perfect "living life out of my bag" bag. Huge, hippie-ish and suede. Looks dark green in the pic, but it says it's black. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay much bigger than my usual bags, but I think I could love this. (zappos.com)
Luella: Jazzy Strap Suzi Tote. Ooooooooooooh, purtiness. Those leather heart tags would have to go. Loooooooooooove the bag. (saks)
Marc Jacobs: Leather Shopper Tote. I've liked this one for a while. Don't know if it's really me, though, but I like it.(saks)
Marc Jacobs: Quilted Stella Bag. I've seen many versions of this bag, and this is the one I like best. I have a feeling there's a bone/white/ivory/cream bag in my future this spring. Loooove this. (bloomingdales)
Monsac: Cilantro Grand Tote. Nothing outstanding or glamourous, but serviceable, in an everyday workhorse kind of way. (zappos.com)
Pollini: Green P Large Tote. There's something about this that I like. Too big for a bag, though, at least for me. I'd use it as an everyday tote with a smaller purse. And it's green! Not crazy about the zipper dangles, but I might be able to overlook them. (zappos.com)
Prada: Nylon/Leather Buckle Tote. I really like this, but $815.00 for *nylon*!? Not any time soon. (saks)
Rafé New York: Alvear Michelle Shoulder Tote. Eeee! Cute bag for spring. I'm not normally an aqua person, but I like this color. Could kind of see myself with this bag. (nordstrom)
Tocca: Grace. I absolutely love this bag. Olive suede...where's the bad here? Enough detailing to make it interesting, but not over the top. Don't be surprised when I complain about my cats ordering this one for me. Love, love, love. (bluefly)
Via Spiga: Lace Top Tote. Definitely not my usual style at all, but pretty cool. This could be my "cooler than you, 'cause I'm a rawk stah, baby!" bag. I *think* I could see me with this bag. Maybe. (bloomingdales)
Violette Nozieres: Ruched Leather Tote. At first glance I thought, "Weh???" but this might be one of those bags that's really happenin' once it's hanging off your arm. Or, it's one of those bags that you think is fabulous and your friends laugh when they see it. Cows. (neiman marcus)
[Shoulderbags/Hobos]
Anna Corinna: Drawstring Bag. Nothing overly exciting, but a good grab-it-and-go bag for work. Looks like it could take a beating and still look great. (shopbop.com)
Anne Klein New York: Drawstring Bag. Not so much with the white bags, but this is pretty nice. Could be nice for spring or summer. (bloomingdales)
BCBG Max Azria: Signature Stitched Hobo. Purty! Lovely bag. I could see this in my closet. (nordstrom)
Betsey Johnson: Good Girl Hobo. Same tote as seen at Bloomingdales, but in black as well as brown. Looks more structured in black, for some reason. GORGEOUS. I love this bag. (nordstrom)
Betsey Johnson: Oversized Hobo. LOVE THIS. The charms would definitely have to go. I'm not usually much for bags that have both short handles and a shoulderstrap, but this is could be the exception. I could *so* own this bag. Oh, yes yes. (bloomingdales)
Brahmin: Burchellie Karrisa Hobo. Zeeebra! Definitely different. Kind of a black/tan zebra print with dark red leather trim. Not exactly me, but fun. (nordstrom)
Calvin Klein: Sueded Calf. Wow, this thing's huge! Nice, but I don't know if it's $443.00 worth of nice. (zappos.com)
Dolce & Gabbana: Miss Buckle Shoulder Bag. Whee! Very sedate, but luxe. Friend at work was underwhelmed. ;-p(saks)
Fay: blue leather shoulder bag. Squee! I love this bag. I probably wouldn't wear it as an everyday bag - it's definitely something I'd buy to for a particular outfit. I really like the strap and the chunky hardware detail. (bluefly)
Fendi: Studded Hobo. Olive green suede, what's not to love? I think I could carry this bag. (bloomingdales)
Frye: Faye Shoulder Bag. Hmmm. Very simple. I could see me with this. (zappos.com)
Goldenbleu: Stella Emboidered Bag. Ooooh, chocolate brown suede. Mmmmm, I love suede. Detailed but simple. I think I could see myself with this bag. (shopbop.com)
Hype: Natasha Satchel. Looks much nicer on the shoulder than I expected. Not bad. (zappos.com)
Hype: Nina. This is very similar to - I believe - a Marc Jacobs bag. Cute! Green! Probably a bit small for my shoulderbag needs, still, cute for spring. (bluefly)
Hype: Nina Hobo. Oh. My. Squee. Green. I love green! Hmmm. (zappos.com)
Isabella Fiore: Studded Leather Hobo. Mmmmm, love the old-penny color! It's very not me, but I could almost see me with this bag. (neiman marcus)
Isabella Fiore: Studded Hobo. Very "I'm with the band." Not exactly me, but I could almost see me buying it. It'd be my sekrit "feelin' like a rock star" bag. (neiman marcus)
Juicy Couture: Michelle Bag. Ska-wee! Man, this thing is huuuuuuuuuge (I'm 5'1"), so I can't imagine what it'd look like on me. But yes, much love! Again with the dreaded cream/bone/white/ivory, though. Realistically, probably not me because of the size. (shopbop.com)
kate spade: grand street - cami shoulder bag. Squee! Petite and pretty. Nylon, though. I'd have to think about it. (nordstrom)
Luella: Luca pocket tote. Minus those dingly-dangly charm-y deals, I could carry this bag. Wow, looks tres roomy, which has been catching my eye lately. I love the color too - brick red, you don't see that too often. Great everyday bag. Worn with big ol' shades, I'd feel like a reclusive stah. (bluefly)
Lumiani: 212-3 NA. No fun name, so I'll assume this is the model number. Man, this doesn't look like much off the arm, but I *love* it on the model. Cool hardware details on the strap, but understated. I could definitely buy this. (zappos.com)
Marc Jacobs: Courtney Large Hobo. LOVE. Very similar to the Sienna hobo, but this one has a magic Expand-O zipper around the bottom. Carry more loot! This appeals to me, because I am all about the toting. Has the unfortunate attached zipper pull thingie, but can be overlooked in this case. Mostly. (saks)
Marc Jacobs: Small Selma Shoulder Bag. Love the color, very soft and feminine. Pretty bag for spring. I could maybe see me with this one. Probably in a different color.(saks)
Marc Jacobs: Perforated Leather Flap Bag. I'm having a hard time finding shoulder bags I like for some reson! I could almost see me carrying this Allllllllmost. Kinda. (neiman marcus)
Marc Jacobs: Sienna Hobo. Like the bag, hate the goofy attached zipper pull. I wish I were his mother, I'd pop him up 'side the head. Why, Marc, why? (neiman marcus)
Marc Jacobs: Leather Hobo. Okay, Jacobs, you're forgiven. I could very easily see myself carrying this bag. (neiman marcus)
Marc Jacobs: Sienna Leather Hobo. This man is pushing all my buttons, apparently. LOVE THIS. Love the leather, love the color...even that stupid attached zipper thing isn't enough to turn me away. I am in loooooooooove. (neiman marcus)
MAXX New York: Rugged Studs Flap Satchel. Cool bag! I think I'd be willing to give this one a try. Ominously, a little message on the site says that once existing stock has been sold, there'll be no more inventory for this one. Eeee! I could see me with this. (zappos.com)
Monsac: Chipotle Slouch Hobo. Not exciting, but nice. A good work bag. (nordstrom)
Pollini: Myriam Signature Bag. *Very* cool bag, though I'd have expected a more substantial strap to complement the design - maybe not a more substantial strap, but a more substantial way to anchor the strap to the bag. Seems a little...delicate. Still, very, very tempting. Would make a nice everyday tote with a smaller purse. Kind of vintage, like a cool thrift shop find. (zappos.com)
Prada: Canapa + Cuoio. I love this bag! I'm normally not much of a Prada girl, but I reallllllly like this. (bluefly)
Prada: Scamosciato + Cuoio. One-strap version of the two-strap bag above. Mmmm, brown suede, green leather straps. Much love. (bluefly)
Prada: Lock hobo. I've never liked this many Prada bags at once. Like, ever. Slightly slouchy but kinda structured, interesting hardware and strap detail. Not bad. I'd carry this. (bluefly)
Prada: Stripe shoulder bag. Mmmm, suede. Very nice everyday bag. (bluefly)
Prada: Grommet shoulder bag. Cute! Good bag when you don't have a lot to carry. (bluefly)
Rafe New York: Chestnut Hill Pauline Medium Satchel. Squee! Love this! Adorable. Don't know if it's quite me, but it's *very* cute - I'd definitely give this one a try. Good for spring, summer. Might be cute to use as an everyday tote with a smaller purse. (zappos.com)
Rafé New York: Recoleta Mishca Hobo. *So* not me, but I really like this bag. I think it's the kind of thing I'd love on someone else. Love the color. I could myself buying this one to give plain outfits a kick in the butt. (nordstrom)
The Sak: Elise Hobo. Leather, suede, embroidery. Deep, gorgeous colors, nice for fall and winter. I think I could see myself with this bag. (lord & taylor)
Tocca: Maya. Chocolate and olive is such a pretty color combination. The pocket's kind of wonky, but overall I like this bag. (bluefly)
Tommy Bahama: Tobago Stripe Hobo. Maybe for summer. Not quite me, but I like the colors. (zappos.com)
Via Spiga: Celeste Shoulder Satchel. I'm surprised that I like this one. Bigger than expected, and I like the design. Unfortunately, I'm not too keen on metallic leather - though this is on the understated side of the metallics line. Hmmm. I think I could see myself with this bag. (zappos.com)
Vin Baker: Christy Shoulder Bag. Has a vintage, 'deal of a lifetime at the thrift shop' kind of look. Olive! Gorgeous color. I could buy this. (zappos.com)
Yves Saint Laurent: Muse Medium Zip Top Bag. Smaller version of the one at Neiman Marcus. It also is Lurve.(saks)
[Clutches]
Hype: Bellagio.I've *never* carried a clutch, but there's something about this one that I like. And again with the white! I may as well give up, because there must be a white bag in my future. (bluefly)

The Sak: Elise Hobo. Leather, suede, embroidery. Deep, gorgeous colors, nice for fall and winter. I think I could see myself with this bag.
Brahmin: Singita Gabriel Hair-On. Oooh, a structured, lady-like, leather and leopard print bag. Simple and elegant. Don't think I'd carry this every day, but it would be a nice way to punch up a monotone outfit. Really like this.
jacquelinejarrot.com
Christiana: Carpet messenger. It's got a funky thrift shop vibe. Looks like something carried by your older sister's cool, wild child friend - and she gave it to you when she moved out to a commune with her peacenik biker boyfriend. I'd carry this. The olive version is even funkier!
Leatherock: Black hobo. Oh my squee! Yes, I'd buy this. Looove the stud details.
Leatherock: Walnut suede hobo. Holy jeepers, a plain hobo with the coolest strap and buckle *evah*. Not sure if I'd buy it - I think a buckle at each end instead of just one would be more balanced - but it's different enough to merit a try on.
Francesco Biasia: Amarone Mini. Eeee, gorgeous color! It's suede, so yum. I could *so* see myself with this bag. Want, yes.

Marc by Marc Jacobs: Field bag. Ooooh, I've lusted over other color combos of this bag, but this spring green version is the one that could sway me to slap down my credit card.

Splendor bag in chocolate. This would be a cool everyday bag - I like that it looks like you've already taken it on a 'round the world trip or two. I'd carry it as a handbag because, hello, issues with short handles and additional shoulder straps. I really like this.
shoppingallure.com
Isabella Fiore: STUD MUFFIN CARINA. Again with the cream bags! It really looks like there's a bone/cream/white/ivory bag in my future. This is much nicer than the same bag in dark brown. Mmmm, purty! I could almost see me with this.
BE&D: CRAWFORD. Simple black suede hobo with a cool studded strap. Verra nice.

Marc Jacobs: slouchy, Speedy-like bag. Straps wrap around the body of the bag so even though it's made of slouchy leather (!), there's some support to the bottom.

(bluefly)

(nordstrom)

Brahmin: Singita Gabriel Hair-On. Oooh, a structured, lady-like, leather and leopard print bag. Simple and elegant. Don't think I'd carry this every day, but it would be a nice way to punch up a monotone outfit. Really like this.

Marc Jacobs: slouchy, Speedy-like bag. Straps wrap around the body of the bag so even though it's made of slouchy leather (!), there's some support to the bottom.
