All this over .5 seconds of nipple that I hadn't even realized I'd seen at the time?

Janet's been removed from the awards show. In fact, if she's within a ten-mile radius of the venue on Sunday and so much as whispers "Grammys", she might likely be arrested, tarred, and feathered before her bustier can hit the ground.

JC. I can hardly even type it. JC's been bounced from the Pro Bowl.

Well. People are looking for NFL.com email addresses. I can't find one either. HOWEVER.

NFL.com is powered by CBSSportsline.com. CBSSportsline.com has a user form in its help section. One of the options under the pulldown menu is: Comments About CBS TV. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe our complaints fall under that category. Here's the page:

They ask for a Sportsline ID, but I just used the form successfully without one. Let your disgruntled voice be heard. ;-)

Primetime Penalty?

Wednesday: Their shocking Super Bowl stunt surprised the Tiffany Network and could cost them their appearance on the GRAMMYs. Should that be the price Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson pay?

See you in the No Spin Zone tonight at 8 p.m. & 11 p.m. ET!

Justin's bandmate removed from show

Associated Press

HONOLULU - Waves from the Janet Jackson Super Bowl fiasco reached Hawaii on Wednesday, as the NFL banned one of Justin Timberlake's bandmates from the Pro Bowl halftime show.

The NFL bounced JC Chasez - a member of the boy band 'N Sync - from Sunday's halftime because of Jackson and Timberlake's breast-baring exhibition, said Brian McCarthy, a spokesman for the NFL's annual all-star game, which will be televised live on ESPN.

The current single from Chasez's debut album is "Some Girls (Dance With Women)." Another of his songs is "All Day Long I Dream About Sex." It was unclear what song he was to perform at the Pro Bowl.

The new halftime plan is for a Hawaiian extravaganza featuring hula dancers, drummers, conch shell blowers and local singers.

"The commissioner said Monday morning that we will change our policies and procedures as it relates to entertainment during our games," McCarthy said. "This is immediate action that reflects that approach."

Timberlake ripped off a piece of Jackson's outfit, exposing one of her breasts covered only with a sun-shaped "nipple shield." He blamed a "wardrobe malfunction" and she issued two apologies, saying it was a last-minute stunt that went awry.

Chasez issued a statement Wednesday through Gina Orr, publicist for 'N Sync's label, Jive Records in Los Angeles.

"No one could be more disappointed than I that the NFL has canceled my halftime performance at the Pro Bowl this coming Sunday," Chasez said. "I've told the NFL I understand the pressure that they are under since the Super Bowl."

Chasez was also scheduled to perform before the Pro Bowl. Orr said she couldn't immediately say whether Chasez would still sing the national anthem.

The halftime show will now feature 200 hula dancers, 1,000 other dancers, drummers, conch shell blowers and local singing duo Amy Hanaiali'i Gilliom and Willie K., who will perform a new song called "Welcome to My Paradise," as well as a new theme song for the Pro Bowl called "Twenty-five Years of Aloha."

The show was to have been the pre-game entertainment, but was moved to halftime after NFL commissioner Paul Tagliabue's decree, McCarthy said.

"We have felt it was more appropriate to go with a Hawaiian theme to celebrate the Pro Bowl's 25th anniversary in Hawaii," he said.
