All this over .5 seconds of nipple that I hadn't even realized I'd seen at the time?

Janet's been removed from the awards show. In fact, if she's within a ten-mile radius of the venue on Sunday and so much as whispers "Grammys", she might likely be arrested, tarred, and feathered before her bustier can hit the ground.

JC. I can hardly even type it. JC's been bounced from the Pro Bowl.

Well. People are looking for NFL.com email addresses. I can't find one either. HOWEVER.

NFL.com is powered by CBSSportsline.com. CBSSportsline.com has a user form in its help section. One of the options under the pulldown menu is: Comments About CBS TV. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe our complaints fall under that category. Here's the page:

http://www.sportsline.com/help/contactus/usersspeak

They ask for a Sportsline ID, but I just used the form successfully without one. Let your disgruntled voice be heard. ;-)

Thank you. Do you mind if I link to this entry in my LJ?

By all means, with hugs, kisses and sprinkles on top. I'm so pissed I can't see straight. I may send you email later. ;-)

That's a site to discuss the web page itself. I think that if you want to be heard, you need to complain to the people in charge of the ProBowl or NFL officials themselves, not their web crew. I've been trying to find an address for the past few minutes, but haven't gotten lucky yet. I'm sure it's out there somewhere.

Most of the links fall in that category, but when I see an option like "Comments about CBS TV," I'm going to take them at their word.

OK. I missed that one. Hey, whatever gets your voice heard. :)

Especially since the pulldown menu on the NFL.com doesn't have that option at all. AND, that one really is all about the website.

Just surfed over to the main CBS site. There's a complaint form there, and the only applicable option I could find on that menu ("Pick a Show") is "Other - Not Listed." Complaint, comment and request are the three categories you can use there.

Hi, by the way! I'm all into researcher mode and forgot to be nice. ;-)

Has JC been bounced completely?

Word on the street is that he "may" be asked to sing the National Anthem.

Man, the kid can't catch a break with this solo stuff.

It's almost -- almost -- comical, the way things keep falling apart. Except that it's getting very difficult to laugh anymore. Everything's gotten so out of hand.

I'd write an angry letter, but I'm mostly feeling defeated right now.

This is exactly what I think of the whole thing. And it would be comical, if the fallout of this wasn't so sad. Thanks for the info, I'm definitely going to use it. (and btw, I got here through [livejournal.com profile] without_me..)

Exactly. It's just spiraling out of control, and it really makes me angry that JC got caught under the steamroller.

(and btw, I got here through without_me..)

Howdy! I've seen you around LJ. :-)

That is the saddest part of it. I mean, it would be bad for any other artist if they were in his position, but after everything that happened with this CD, it's just getting a little too much..

And hey. *waves* I think I've seen you around too.. :)

Wait? Janet got removed from the show? When did that happen? I thought the Grammys said they weren't removing or banning anyone?

And Pro-Bowl...I can't even start with that right now.

Here's how it stands.

1) Janet has been asked not to participate. She's off the show.

2) JC's been kicked out of the Pro Bowl. He "may" be asked to do the anthem.

3) Justin's doing the Grammys.

Thanks for the link. I've looked everywhere for confirmation. I heard that Janet was asked not to participate anymore because Luther won't be there now.

Goodness. I know about Pro-Bowl and there are no words to explain my disappointment about all this. I am a very sad and frustrated and annoyed fan girl right now. I can just imagine the hoopla that is going on.

I thought JC was doing the anthem AND halftime, why wouldn't they have him do the anthem? Do they expect him to strip during the anthem or something?

Maybe JC doesn't need all this trouble. Granted, if he heads to the Grammys instead, he'll just have to field questions about the incident and the aftermath and the like. *shakes head* I just want happy JC moments for now.

Is that too much to ask?
