Law & Order, UK. Whee!

So...I watched the first episode of Law & Order UK on line a little earlier. Yay! :-D I've never watched the American version, though I love Law & Order SVU (mmmmm, Chris Meloni). I'm watching L&OUK for the mind-blowingly gorgeous Freema Agyeman, better known to some as Martha Jones from Doctor Who.

I've seen pictures of the cast online, and being completely shallow, wanted Alesha (her character) to hook up with Jamie Bamber's character, because HUMINA, Jamie Bamber is a babe. Silly me! Only seeing pictures of Ben Daniels I wasn't sure about his sexy-bility, but yes! After watching an episode I can say that yes, the man is pretty friggin' sexy. Also, his voice can melt chocolate. Honestly, his voice alone probably accounts for at least 90% of his sexiness.

Goodness, I have to fan myself.

Yes! So, while Freema and Jamie would be too much pretty together to humanly stand, I don't think I'd grumble too much if her character got together with Ben Daniels' character. And seriously, I really should learn these names.

Freema! She's just way too gorgeous to be believed. She's so tiny! And gorgeous! I would so go gay for this woman. ::weeps with Freema love:: Let's try embedding the video of her tiny gorgeousness...

You're absolutely right about Ben D having a melting voice. He can read me bedtime stories any day (the filthier, the better! *smirks*)

I do see people trying to ship Alesha/Matt (Jamie's character) - but the show itself hints more at Freema and Ben's characters, ie Alesha/James.

Fair warning, though, if you're going to watch all thirteen eps - while ep 7 showcases Freema's acting talents, it's pretty brutal (without offering spoilers).

Seriously, he got me the first time he appeared on screen; I love the wardrobe for his character. And then when he began to speak...OH MAMA. I was instantly won over. I'm going to pop over to your site to see what you've written for them. :-D

And Alesha's cardigans! I love the way they've styled Freema's hair when it's down, and I even like the chignon for court. She's truly one of the most beautiful actresses out there. And she's such a sweetie! It's almost unfair for one woman to have such an over-abundance of natural gifts. :-)

I confess, I absolutely *obsessed* over their clothes - I took copious notes about each episode that included the mundane stuff about dates and events, but also included squee about James and Alesha's outfits. Which is hysterical, because I normally don't give a damn about clothes so long as they're clean and tidy, but those two... I even did picspams! *rolls eyes*

Full episodes online! :-D Sadly, it looks like the last ep of the first season is missing (#7), and the second season needs some filling in too -- wow, looks like only one episode has been posted under Season two.. :-(

Still, I didn't think I'd ever see it all, so woohoo! Ahhhh! Hooray!
