Heads up, linkers and lurkers (no one on my friends list)

Look, I normally don't friends lock posts. I'm pretty open about what I post here, and nearly everything - with the exception of maybe two-three posts in two years - is up for public perusal.

However.

First, if you're going to post something from my LJ on a freakin' MESSAGE BOARD, please have the courtesy to at least ask first. My email account is freely available on my information screen. It's not a state secret. I'm very easy to get hold of.

Second, it's pretty much basic decency and common courtesy to friggin' ASK before linking to someone's LJ on a message board. Again, that shouldn't be confusing to anyone who's been around the internet for longer than five minutes.

Take a few minutes to ask before linking to a board, okay? I think we'll all be a little bit happier.

Someone linked to my post on a message board! DUDE! Ask first! Jesus! Common courtesy, anyone???

Yeah. And of course this person used it to point out that Justin is indeed the devil and therefore the root of *all* evil. Good Lord.
