Well, it seems that it's true, Blender says that "Some Girls" is the 35th most popular tune in America. First post on the subject here, the mystery deepened here.

Scan snagged from the JJB post, here.

[livejournal.com profile] katienyc put me out of the misery of my undying curiousity (thank you!). She commented that she received her copy of Blender in the mail today and the page does indeed have JC's "Some Girls" listed as the 35th most popular song in America.

Woohoo! Yay! It's true!

So this would mean that there is a full version of the song out. And I don't have an mp3 of it.

:( That ain't cool.

I still don't see how it's possible.

They compile the list based on air play, video play, and album sales.

"Some Girls" has none of the above.

I just don't get it.

I'm a nasty parade rainer. :(

Hmm... apparently the Chasez Media Onslaught has gotten a little ahead of the actual Chasez Song. ;)

Weird, this doesn't make any sense. *ponders if Blender's too expensive for my cheap ass*

So now this is a collector's item. Both a freak of nature in the publishing world and The Chasez's first song from his album on a chart. Me buy.

Who's on the cover, just so I don't make myself crazy looking?
