Holy hannah! I started watching this show just in time. I DVR'd the ep, and I've already watched it five times.

1) If I hadn't already been a Dean girl, this ep would have pushed me over the edge. SO MUCH LOVE FOR DEAN. Jensen Ackles *kills* in this role. He's quite simply a joy to watch from start to finish.

2) If Sam Winchester isn't already in therapy, he should be now. I can't imagine the horror of watching the person you love most in the world die right in front of you on a daily basis. Jared P. did a great job showing a man going just a bit more mad, a bit more desperate every time his brother dies.

3) *Wonderful* writing. I want to corral the Torchwood writers, sit them down and say, this is how it's done. If this episode isn't nominated for multiple awards of some kind there is no justice in the world. The more horrifying aspects (the car and the desk, holy bejeebus) are very nicely balanced by the humorous bits.

In conclusion: OH MY GOD, I LOVE THIS SHOW. Jensen Ackles, you own me, dammit. ::shakes fist::

Ashley's visitor visa is running out. Funny thing, Canada doesn't let you just sit there year after year without doing anything productive. There's no "I'm here living with my boyfriend" visa. And she just can't find a job in Toronto. So she's moving to C-bus and living with Erin and trying to find a job there. She's hoping Roman can find a job in the States, too, and follow her eventually.

I adore Sam/Jared, but Dean/Jensen is something else entirely.

Whee, a new house! Or, a new/old house. Very cool.
