Exactly. Yes, that's the crux of it. I can't ignore this guy because the next time a problem of this sort pops up, he's the one I'll have to work with. ::sigh::
My boss sympathized (I didn't mention that she thinks he's an ass too :-D ) and said that in the future we could contact someone off a bit to the side of the prob. resolution line of communication. As tempting as that sounds, it's really not an answer. I'm just going to suck it up and deal.
This is the guy who answered one of Janie's email messages and called her Jeanie. God help us all.
