Oooh, the pretty!

In honor of my new boycrush, I am taking my new icon for a ride.
Say, isn't there some NSync/BSB fan out there who'd like to write a crossover tale of love between the studly Mr. Richardson and the Supreme God-Man himself, JC Chasez?
Come on, they have the same middle name! Their love was meant to be! Now someone should write it.

Date: 2002-02-18 07:24 pm (UTC)I'm so happy you're seeing the Kevin love. Now, all that is next is finding AJ swoonage. As for writing Kevin/JC, I can't help you there, but soon enough I'll have a Kevin/AJ that I'm posting :-p

Date: 2002-02-19 02:48 am (UTC)Nah, that'll never happen. ;-)
I've always thought Kevin was attractive in a kind of lost-in-the-background way...his lips (top one only?) are a little thin and his facial hair kinda emphasizes that, but I do find him attractive.
AJ does nothing for me. Howie's a cutie. Brian is definitely odd-looking, but I love his accent. Nick looks like guys you'd see in high school and think they're kinda cute.
Kev's definitely my BSB of choice. ;-)
Re:
Date: 2002-02-19 09:36 am (UTC)lol, although kevin is a good choice.

Date: 2002-02-19 02:55 am (UTC)I read another one where JC and Kevin were in a Hooters-type place, glaring at each other across the restaurant. They finally end up fighting, kicking the shit out of each other, and then having sex. Hmmm...though I prefer when JC isn't battered. He's too pretty for scars. :-)

Date: 2002-02-18 07:33 pm (UTC)I used to be a big BSB fan (before one JC Chasez seduced me and showed me the Sync-side), and really? One of the reasons I started to not like BSB so much was Kevin. Because I have no concept of fiction and I read a story in which Kevin was a total jerk and I never could get that image of him out of my head. :P

Date: 2002-02-19 02:59 am (UTC)Is Kevin a jerk in real life? Hey Oshun, you're a BSB-lover; what's up with Kev? Nice guy or doofus? Sounds like a game show. LOL!

Date: 2002-02-18 07:36 pm (UTC)But then the BSB ceased to impress me vocally, lyrically, or physically and I just. Stopped.
Thank god for Nsync. Praises be for JC!

Date: 2002-02-19 03:05 am (UTC)See, I'm safe in my Kev Love because when I first got into fandom, I tried BSB on for size for about a day and a half. Well, maybe a week. Eh. But even then I thought that Kevin was good-looking.
Damn, I sound so shallow! But,
Anyway, there was just something missing, and I never got hooked. NSync, however, grabbed me from the first day I decided to poke around some fan sites and see who these guys were. I saw JC and there was no turning back. Seriously. And they're so fun and goofy and just plain adorable that they got me interested. And they can really sing and really dance. ::sigh:: I love them.

Date: 2002-02-18 08:01 pm (UTC)You know - you mentioned that, and now I'm totally drawing a blank on JC's middle name. Or maybe he doesn't have one and neither does Kevin, and that's what you meant. Now I'm confuzzled - can you help?
BTW - I'd totally be into some Kevin/JC fic. Too bad my muse up and left me months ago (coincidentally around the time I finally got a job, goldurnit), or I'd write it myself. I know Lucy (http://www.livejournal.com/users/reggie_mbq/) wrote some recently and now it's totally appealing.

Date: 2002-02-18 08:17 pm (UTC)Lucy is amazing, she writes the best BSB and crossover stuff, I love her.
Oh, and fox? Silly girl, making requests for someone to write a fic like that when you'd definitely do it justice. Your JC/Brian is one of my favorite crossovers ever. =)

Date: 2002-02-19 03:37 am (UTC)I'd love to take the credit, but I've never written a crossover - don't know enough (anything!) about the BSB to attempt it.
I've read JC/Brian by Matthew, and enjoyed it.
Hey! You could write it!

Date: 2002-02-19 08:11 am (UTC)I'm kinda linking the rest of the story (as well as I can!) with appearances and sitings from New Year's on, and I *thought* that Brit and Justin would be together...isn't that what you'd assume, given how much they were together in January? So I had this story that I got an idea for, and I wrote it, and, well...
Turns out that the lovebirds *didn't* spend Valentine's together, which screws with the vibe of the story a bit overall, if I used it, since the rest of it is kinda tied into where they really were. sigh
So I edited it and polished it up a bit and posted it in the Closet until I decide whether or not I want to keep it in the series or write something different.
I need to work on it a bit more before I post it on mailing lists, though. But since it's fourth in the series (after New Year's and Justin's b-day), I've got a bit of time. I am the world's slowest fic writer
Le sigh.
Re:
Date: 2002-02-19 08:49 am (UTC)Where is the Closet?

Date: 2002-02-19 09:07 am (UTC)That's all I've posted! New Year's is about three times longer than I planned; I'm doing the first edits now. The birthday fic is about half-written. So, until those two are posted, Valentine's will wait.
The Closet is a JC/Justin thing, and it's on EZboard.
Re:
Date: 2002-02-19 10:03 am (UTC)And I can't get on EZBoard 'cause my computer sucks but I'll see is when you get it posted on Giddy!

Off to finish!

Date: 2002-02-19 03:34 am (UTC)Just read Hands by Lucy. Mmmmmm. I like her stuff; I need to feedback that woman. But in the meantime, there has been pimpage, and it was good.
