YES! I just wrote a transitional bit that's been kicking my ass for the last couple of weeks. I just finished it, and I think I'm happy with it, and that means that I can move on to edit the rest of this friggin' story, which is already written and done. YES. This could conceivably be shipped off to the beta tonight.

I'm crying with happiness.

Close Encounters of the Third Kind is on, and in honor of both that and the Basstronaut, I'll use my space boy icon for this post.

And I'd like to take this opportunity to tell the world how much I love snarky, evil Lance. I adore him and his "I'd rather be cleaning my gutters" looks. He's a hella fine sexy bitch, and I'm going to write something soon featuring my snarky baby. Love him.

Yes! Squee!!!!!!!!! Because it's 12:50 a.m., and I just finished editing the most stubborn part! I am so dancing right now.

Holy friggin' cow, if it weren't so late I'd stay up and finish the last 17k, but I should be at least semi-coherent for that. Sweets, you have no idea how happy this makes me. :-)
