I updated my journal with the colors of the season, namely pink and deeper pink. Girl movie fans might even say "blush and bashful." A virtual heart-shaped cookie to anyone who gets the reference.

Speaking of the season, I have the great misfortune of living in a city (cable zone!) that was Scooby Doo-deprived this evening!!! I think we - Time Warner customers - get the WB sometime over the weekend, so I'll have to remember to catch it then, whenever "then" might be. Bastiges.

In other news, babygotbass told me that Challenge is in Chicago this year.

Chicago!!! How friggin' excited am I? Chicago! No flying involved! NO PLANES! BWAHAHAHA!!! Also, with the new job I won't have to sacrifice small animals or children to the vacation gods in order to get time off! I can't believe I'm going to Challenge. And I *will* be there. It's Chicago, dammit!!!

And now it's bedtime, at 10:23 p.m. I'm a wildwoman.

Same old, same old... there's gossip that Justin doesn't want to do CFTC this year, and apparently Chris and JC are upset about that and there's a bit of fur flying. It's prompted some fans to dub this year's edition the "JoLa Challenge." ;) Still, it's only talk and rumor... I'm sure everything will sort itself out. As far as Bev's comment, I'm not sure how to take it except to assume that she was frustrated and made the mistake of unleashing some of that frustration out on a discussion board frequented by *NSYNC fans. Moms, you know. They go to bat for their babies. :)

I'm going on a few trips over the summer months, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Challenge is over a weekend that's good for me. I'd love to meet you, too!
