Blame this on sai, her friend, and the crack that is JC Chasez. JC's to blame because I was still giddy from seeing two shows in one night (Chicago!), and Sai and her friend are to blame because they introduced me to the anime crack that is the Prince of Tennis.

You are *so* right. I have seen the light of Kaidoh/Karupin once and forever now. The way that Kaidoh's eyes lit up when he saw Karupin! How Karupin was willing to go anywhere and do anything for Kaidoh! And oh, THE PATHOS, when Karupin was brought back to Ryouma again, and went to sleep next to Ryouma thinking of Kaidoh. Nothing good can come of this, because it is a love that CANNOT BE DENIED, no matter how many Ryoumas stand in its way, and oh, I *weep* for Karupin and Kaidoh and Ryouma.

Such drama! All this and Mother Irigawa's Super Happy Taste Sensations too! It's almost too much for one person to take.

You know, when you asked about Horio and Tezuka, my brain went blinking "Potential convert! Must help! Fuji-sama would want me to!" I had no idea this innocent act of kindness would be used in such evil convoluted and unleash this upon the world! To be (very very distantly) involved in such a travesty! I feel so dirty!

Thank you! ;-) I can't believe sai actually repelled the idea at first. Even as a first-time viewer it was obvious! Karupin and Kaidoh are *so* in love. If this is the only episode about them, I'll be very unhappy.

Hmmm. I could write Kaidoh/Ryouma UST love/hate slash, though! Battling for the love of the cat they're drawn to one another, almost unwillingly. Yes.
