Aiii, I'm freezing. I've spent the morning trying to coordinate graphics efforts between two programs, CorelDraw7 and PaintShop Pro 4. Holy friggin' moley! Could Corel be any more cumbersome to use??? Tons of features and stuff, but really, outlining text and adding a drop shadow shouldn't require a doctorate and two hours time! The worst part is that it saves images in really idiotic formats, so that (presumably) you can't do one thing on their image editor and then scamper off somewhere else to add/finish it up. I mean, the thing won't save images in gif or jpeg formats, and bmp wasn't listed on the list of options either! How backwards is that? Oy friggin' vey.
So I've decided to just bite the bullet and buy PSP7. Listen up you Corel-creating goobers, whoever you are - your product is clunky and backwards! I'm taking my money elsewhere! Yeah, they're shaking in their shoes. ;-)
The next bit of Still Life is at the beta's being beta'd. I've looked at it til I'm cross-eyed; it's her turn.
I need to do a little LJ sprucin' up, now that I've got paid access, and all. Find some cool colors to splash on the walls, stuff of that nature.
Hmmm. Off to write and read!
