Went shopping this morning to stock up for the weekend. It's amazing the things you can learn just waiting for your turn to check out! For instance, did you know that - according to the Weekly World News - BatBoy lead U.S. forces to the hole where Saddam Hussein was hiding out? Kid you not. Cover photo of BatBoy with his arms raised in triumph and everything! And while the above link leads to several stories featuring BatBoy, this latest adventure with the troops is nowhere to be found. That one will probably go into the online archives later this month.

Edited to add: My favorite BatBoy story before this one appeared was "BatBoy Endorses Gore."

And! Justin and Cameron are listed among someone's - People's? - Most Powerful Couples of 2003. Or the Most Popular of 2003? It was early and I hadn't eaten...which is why I was in the store buying food. Those headlines tend to run together after a while, anyway.

And! For some reason I found myself looking at the picture, thinking...what if they had a baby?

There've been marriage rumors circulating and they've been inseparable for months now. Even Lynn seems to have realized that she's moved into the Number Two position. I would not be at all surprised to see Cameron's glowing, happy face on the cover of a magazine with the words "Justin Is My Baby's Daddy!" splashed across the top. La Timberlake loves kids, so I think he'd be thrilled.

BatBoy to Cameron to babies. It was a *very* strange morning.
