Could I *be* more boring?

foxmonkeyLast week was pretty bizarre. I had the cold/sinus infection from hell, an online friend suffered loss, my husband had surgery, and I had PMS. Add all the JC solo stuff to that? YOWZA.
I haven't seen any of the vid clips, haven't heard any of the songs, only seen a few of the pics, and I've skimmed maybe three reviews. Want to know why? Every single time I opened LJ and saw references to JC, I'd get all misty. Yes! PMS! Severe JC adoration issues! It's funny now, but it made for a strange, mega-emotional week.
But! I'm now over my PMS, yay! Which means that I can start prowling around for all the stuff I missed. I love that we've finally got a list of promo appearances (good stuff, too!) listed for the man. My VCR will be working overtime. And there's a track listing, too! Mmmmmmmmm, JC.
Hmmm. Dick Clark's New Year's show is on that appearance list, but he's not mentioned in a blurb on billboard.com. I guess he could be added later? I hope? Good Lord, Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson, *again*. I'm officially tired of those people.
Attention Sting, Rufus Wainwright, Dave Matthews and John Mayer fans: they're going to pay tribute to Sting when he is honored in Feburary as the MusiCares person of the year. I'm officially tired of Black Eyed Peas, too.
Is JC just presenting at the Billboards tomorrow? Hmmm, kinda looks like it. Oh yeah, I'm officially tired of Clay Aiken as well.
And now I'm off to do a little writing!
