Whee! If you haven't seen these covers, hustle yourself on over and take a look. *Gorgeous* work. We have a very talented fandom.

I have a submission but it sucks major hairy donkey balls, especially after checking out some of the professional-quality offerings that have been posted. If JC hasn't picked anything out yet, he should go take a peek. ;-)

I'm beyond irritated that the red looks gorgeous in bmp format, but fades to...a yuck color when I convert it to jpg. What the hell, man? I swear I'm gonna smack somebody.

These are fab! I rarely have that "ooh, someone should tell the actors/production company/popstars" itch, but I can't imagine he wouldn't be at least amused.

Hey, about your reds fading? Have you tried saving as a png, instead of a jpg? I have a lot more luck with pngs...

Hmmm, I haven't tried that. I don't understand it, becaue I create things with red all the time and I've never had this problem - not that I've noticed, anyway. There's a thing stripe against a black background though, so that might be the difference.

There's another format, wpg, that saves beautifully, but (seems to) only open in PaintShop. I'm going to try the png right now...

!!!!!!!!!!! That's perfect! It's 408k as a bmp file, and with no loss of color (unlike the jpg), it's 89.1k. !!!!!!! Thank you! :-)))

It's DaVinci Forward, based on Leonard DaVinci's handwriting. Isn't it lovely? It was a free download...I think. Hmmm. I've just Googled and can't find the site I downloaded from. Email me! :-)
