Mr. Timberlake, out and about...possibly.

So I'm wondering. Timberlake's going to cruise into town on Sunday. He's playing at the Schottenstein Center, which, along with OSU Stadium (the Horseshoe, baby!), are two of the crown jewels of the OSU athletic program.

Justin likes sports. I wonder if he'll take a tour of the facilities while he's there? He'll be able to see the Horseshoe from the venue. The Woody Hayes Athletic Center is right next door. He might even be able to catch the football guys doing their training thing.

If I happen to be scanning those areas for SUVs or tour buses...who could blame me? :-)

When Justin was here in Oakland a friend of mine's husband, who is an Oakland City cop, was on concert duty. I, of course, did not find this out until a week later, dammit. Anyway, he was assigned to Justin's dressing room and backstage area. He reported the following:

1. Justin likes to play basketball. A lot. " " He'll play with anyone who'll agree to play. And he spent most of his time in the venue using the Warrior's warm up court, in the catacombs of the arena.

2. When he wasn't playing basketball, or looking for someone to play with him, he was eating. My friend was impressed with the amount of food the guy put away.

3. He was very, very polite and low key, to everyone.

4. "Then he had this friend, this homely little guy who is WT right down to the bone." I had to ask what WT meant. White Trash, my friend's husband reported. "And he was every bit as rude as Timberlake was nice."

Anyway, dude. Enjoy the shows, and report on *everything.* :)

Waah! Not going to the shows, unfortunately. I'd thought about it a lot, but when it looked like JC might tour, well. :-) I'm a JC girl through and through.

Hmmm, based on what you've written, I guess I wouldn't be surprised to find him cruising the athletic center, then. I'll have to check the early news, just in case. :-)

I'm stunned and saddened that you are not going! I think you should. It's important to prime yourself for the insanity that will be The JC Tour, and Justin would be a great way to warm yourself up.

Also, randomly, I was so amused yesterday while in SF to see a shop called "Wee Scotty's" right across the street from another place of business entitled "The Monkey Bar." Naturally I thought of the Unibrain. :) I may have stopped dead in the street and giggled like a maniac, but I was very tired and hungry and that's my excuse, yes.

That said, oh my, the tempation is vicious and oh so potent . . . Especially since the rumour is that he'll be doing smaller venues back east than out west. (sigh) JC. And my brain twin lives in NY too. But, money.

All these JuC girls in the same place at the same time? NYC will never be the same. The cosmic alignment will force Justin to drop whatever he is doing, whereever he is doing it, and rush to NYC to pounce on and molest JC right there on stage. He will kick JC's girl dancers off the stage, and take over back up dancer duties himself. Especially during ADIDAS. Just for us. Because we want it to happen, dammit.

We'll need video of that as well.
