A few thoughts before I become unconcious for the night:

1) Chris was a beautiful baby. Not as in seeing an ugly baby and saying, "awww, isn't he cute" or in an every-baby-is-beautiful way...no, Chris was a beautiful baby. Like, "could have been a baby model" beautiful baby. That little face! Those little elf ears! Those freakin' huge eyes! Bev must have gotten compliments on him constantly. My heart just twisted something fierce when they first showed him.

2) I keep thinking I've hit my plateau with these guys, that I couldn't love them more, but damn it, I just fall in love with them all over again. JC...what a sweetheart. I was smiling like a loon listening to the MMC talent scout talking about him. Mr. Chasez may not realize it, but he's got amazing charm; I've never seen so many grown men who seem to absolutely adore him and aren't afraid to show it. During the Making of IGBM, I saw evidence yet again (Pop was the other time), that Wayne Isham seems to be nursing a little straight-boy crush on JC. JC truly is the sweetest, prettiest boy in the world.

3) Lance is pigeon-toed like a mofo! I love it. I love Lance. I love Lance and Chris together, and Lance and his pigeon-toedness works nicely with Chris' bowleggedness. How? Not sure exactly, but I love it, almost as much as Chris loves Lance.

4) Hate to admit it, but I was *almost* swayed to the dark side of the fandom - TimberTrick. Almost. If anything, I think that Justin is Chris' beard, and that Chris is with Lance. Yes, it's obvious that I've been up since 3:30a.m., because that seems pretty hilarious to me. I think there's a story there somewhere that needs to be written.

5) Joey! RENT! I know nothing about musical theater, and will freely admit that I hate most musicals. I can tell you the musicals that I will willingly sit through. West Side Story, Oklahoma!, Oliver!, A Chorus Line, and All That Jazz - but that was more of a dancey one, so it may not count. Anyway, I know nothing about this show. BUT!

There are tons of people hatin' on it already, naturally. Sure, there will probably be an influx of teenies to the show. So what? One of those kids might go to their first show because of Joey, but might very well becomes a theater buff because of it. What if he inspires some future Tony award winner? Lance could very well be inspiring a whole new generation of kids into space travel - one of them might very well be among the first to reach Mars, or further. I can understand some of the concerns I've read, but honestly, Joey's not going to be the demise of Broadway. ;-)
