Hahahahahaha!
Jun. 9th, 2002 04:31 pmEven while doing something as far removed from the danceboys as searching for fonts, they make their presence known!
The first is tenuous, at best, but I found a font named "Bringin Tha Noize" (sketchy on the spelling). But the best is...wait for it..."Timberlake"! And yes, *that* Timberlake. Here's the blurb from the website:
Inspired by the work of Herbert Bayer and the Bauhaus school of the 1930s, and more recently Chris Houston's Proletarian free font, the condensed, geometric sans Timberlake was rebuilt from scratch this year as a custom font for BOP! magazine. Named after Sparky's fashion hero, Justin Timberlake, this brand new font is technically perfected and contains a complete character set, uppercase and lower, for all the bubblegum crowd to enjoy.
Hahahahahaha! I love it! I downloaded "Noize" (it's kinda graffiti-ish), but I think I'll give "Timberlake" a pass.
Edit: Don't rush off to download! It's a pay font, one in a set of sixteen for $99.00. Well, you can rush off to download if you have the money and the inclination, that is.
OK, back to surfing. (heeheehee)
