Again with the brick walls. Kind of. Why is it that some of the smallest things are the biggest things we stumble over?

In other news, I wrote a kind of long science fiction (ouch, hurts to think about it) opus a couple of years ago, just before I found online fandom, and I can't find it. I *really* want to reread it, and it's...lost. It's very nearly bad!fic bad, almost. Almost very nearly bad!fic bad, a little bit.

In other news, I let my quick temper get the best of me today, and I kind of snapped at my boss. Well, not at her, but in her general direction. In a meeting.

Luckily, the only people present were the other members of my team - contrary to sometimes popular belief, I'm not a *total* idiot. She realizes that I'm a bit stressed lately, and was *very* cool about letting me slide. I apologized profusely because, Unprofessional Behavior 'R' Us? Not a place I want to be.

I need some happy music. Spice Girls! Hmmm. Maybe John Mayer. Yesssssss...

Probably one of my lowest points. What the hell was I thinking? Oh yeah, I wasn't. ;-) I must be insane.

Eeek! Insulting peoples' asses and kickin pigeons, more than likely. Oh, the horror.

I was not proud of myself. But on the other hand, she sure moved out of my way really quickly! I hate people who don't know the rules of mass transit. They suck.

Elevator etiquette! It should be taught in schools, dammit. Drives me insane when some nimrod gets on, plops him/herself in the middle of the car and does not move, no matter how many people are getting on (and have to flow around said nimrod) or are getting off (again, having to move *around* this imbecile).
