Speaking of sad things...I heard about Tham, and I couldn't believe it. I knew something was going on, but all of those entries were friends only. I'm glad that I got to meet her at the NY con that time. Definitely good times, happy memories. :-)
Anyway, I'm a major anime whore these days, so I'm sure you'll have lots to mock me for in the coming months. ;-) (((hugs again)))
It's all good. It's always just fun seeing someone suddenly popped up who'd gone MIA.
I didn't even know that Tham was sick--I'd long been since exiled from her journal over a perceived slight that didn't actually happen. I'm still mixed on my final feelings over Tham, and I think I ultimately always will be. I had some fun with her, but I also think she brought my bitchy side and I got burned by her. It's hard to reconcile the two.
Anime whoring is fun, though I've been less into lately. I am going to y-con in October though. Mmm. Anime + auctions of guys selling themselves for the night >D

Anything interesting... hmm... Justin is going to have an HBO special on Labor Day, Chris is on the "Manband" on VH1 (which I'm still torn on how I feel about this), Lance is in Hairspray on Broadway (and Vicki and I are seeing him on 9/1! Woo!), Joey is on The Singing Bee (which is completely cheesy, and I only watch it for him LOL), JC is galavanting around LA somewhere with a new girl(friend?) but we haven't seen much of him lately. I've read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows twice and I'm in the middle of the audio book. LOL
For our anniversary, Vicki bought me a BEAUTIFUL diamond ring (as well as another ring and earrings to match - there are photos in my LJ from about 2 weeks ago). We went to Memphis to see Justin's concert (and also drove by his mom's house LOL ... we're trying to talk my parents into buying the house across the street from them. LOL) and also went to Graceland.
I started selling Tastefully Simple a few months ago, and Vicki will be having a party in the fall WHICH YOU SHOULD COME TO. :)
Is that enough of an update? LOL I think I've probably missed some things, but that's all I can think of right now. :)
Eeee! The new Harry Potter! Yes, I enjoyed it as well. I had a couple of small quibbles, but mostly I was in fanluuuuurve when I finished. I think it's either my favorite or second favorite in the series.
Diamonds! I'll mosey by your LJ and check it out. For serious, when are you guys going to live in the same state? Then again, one of my older relatives told me about a man and his wife who lived in different states for about twenty years, then retired together with masses of cash (I think they built a dream house in there somewhere, too). So yeah. Is moving in the plans at all? And if I'm being too inquisitive, tough. ;-)
If she sends me an invite, I'll try my best to come. Let me know if/when there's a firm date. Oh yeah, Cherry Honey Mustard??? I looked at the newsletter thingie you emailed, and I can't wrap my mind around that one. Have you tried it?

We will definitely let you know, it will probably be in October sometime. The Cherry Honey Mustard is awesome! It's my mom's favorite thing, she puts it on everything. lol It's kind of sweet and tangy at the same time.
