I'm alive! Barely...

Been sick with a sinus infection that turned into the mother of all head colds. Still feel yucky and unfun, but it's my first day of vacation, so whee! Yes, I'd rather be sick on my vacation than struggle through the day feeling miserable while at work.

We got our first snow of the season about an hour ago! I'm ridiculously excited. I love snow, and how fitting that I was here in my own snug little home to see it? And did I mention that I'm on *vacation*? Woot! Sadly, I think it's turned to rain. We rarely have white Christmases anymore, so it'll be cool if that happens.

In other news, there isn't much other news. Off now to eat some Lucky Charms and maybe tumble back in bed. I have this option you see, because I'M ON VACATION! :-)

Feel better. I'm on vacation too, except my body didn't figure that out and woke me up at 5:00 a.m. and I can't get back to sleep!!

Ack! Same here! I think I slept off and on from 3:00 on. Oy...*so* glad I didn't have to go to work today, I'd have been miserable. Thanks for the get better wishes. :-) Enjoy your vacation! Methinks I hear the coffee pot calling my name...
