A little help, if you please.
What the hell is the deal with quotes and ellipses appearing as question marks instead of their punctuational selves? I work with a 'what you see is what you get' page builder; my hand-coding skills are negligible at best, but I'm willing to dive in and give anything a try.
I'd also be grateful for direction to URLS where I can look the stuff up on my own.
