Five more days!
Aiii! I'm trying not to think about it...with two of my co-workers out of the office, anything might happen and I might get stuck at work...oy. But since Tuesday is normally a slow day for us, I asked the boss if I could leave a couple of hours early. She said cool, if things are calm - d'uh, like I'd ask to leave if we had massive problem resolution crap going down. My job's time-sensitive, so yeah, comment that didn't need to be made.
But, woohoo! Now, my idea of a couple of hours early is to leave at 1:30. She's probably thinking 3:30. I might see if I can compromise at 2:30. That should be early enough to do all the meeting up that I need to do. Should probably activate my cell phone and take a crash course in how it works. ;-)
Might buy a digital camera this weekend. Need to make a dry run to the arena, and plan an alternate route. Need to buy/find/create something to wear!
